Open Enrollment

July 21 – 28, 2017

To All CBA members:

Employees of Fluor Federal Solutions, LLC (FFS) may elect to participate in the benefit plan option (health, dental and vision care) available through the FFS basic plan. If you do not wish to enroll in the FFS benefit plan option you may opt out.

All CBA members MUST log on to www.fcebenefits.com to make a selection, that is, either enroll in the benefits plan or opt out of the benefits plan during the Open Enrollment period, July 21 – 28, 2017

Fluor Federal Solutions benefits are administered by FCE benefits. It will be the employees responsibility to enroll or opt out on the FCE website at www.fcebenefits.com. 

NOTE: If the employee does not make a selection to enroll or opt out of the benefits plan within the Open Enrollment period, the employee will  automatically be enrolled in the H.S.A. employee only plan at a cost of $516.94 a month.

It will be the employees responsibility to review their paycheck to ensure enrolled plans’ premiums are deducted.

Plans described are subject to the specific terms and provisions of the legal documents governing the plans. Provisions of the plans as established in the plan documents are the sole source for interpretation and administration of the plans and programs.
